I’m an incoming freshman into California’s to the university of Woodbury(burbank). I was wondering what the process would be like for me to receive a medical card/ how long would it take in total.
Depends, if you are living in the dorms you cannot get your card until you have a true residence in Cali and switch your drivers license to Cali, if off campus you can get it when you get a Cali license.
